Tres tortillas de maíz enrolladas y cubiertas con salsa verde o roja, filete con queso, pollo o bistec cubierto con queso. Adornar con lechuga y crema agria. / Three corn tortillas rolled up covered with green or red sauce, fillet with cheese, chicken or steak topped with cheese. Garnish with lettuce and sour cream.
